If there is one time of the year that I loved when I was the kids, it was Christmas.

During this masterclass you will learn how to make proper and delicious 'Bredele'. Bredele are biscuits that are traditionally baked in Alsace, France, the region I am proudly from. We'll bake in small group (up to 6 people) and have a Christmas tea as we enjoy the pastries. You'll learn the traditional art of making these varieties of Christmas treats made with fresh ingredients.
