Madagascar Vanilla Parisian Flan is a French custard tart that I make with a baked pastry crust filled with vanilla (sourced from Madagascar) custard. It’s creamy, tasty and if you love vanilla you will not be disappointed.
Also known as Parisian Flan, you'll find it in every suburban bakery all across France.
Available as individual slices or as a whole tart serving 6 people.
